Return & Refund Policy

As all our products are handmade and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or minor variations in color, texture, or finish. These variations are a natural part of handmade products and make each piece unique.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging every order. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• A complete unboxing video showing the customer opening the package completely without any cuts in the video.

• Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

Shipping Policy

All our products are handmade and made to order, so we request your patience while we carefully create and pack each piece.

Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 10–15 business days, unless otherwise mentioned on the product page.

• This time includes creation, finishing, quality checks, and packaging.

• Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping & Delivery

• Once dispatched, orders are shipped via trusted courier partners.

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and courier operations.

• While we aim to deliver within the estimated time, delays due to courier issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

Delivery Attempts

• Courier partners will attempt delivery up to three (3) times.

• If the customer is unavailable or unreachable during these attempts, the order will be returned to us (RTO).

Failed Delivery & Returns to Origin (RTO)

• In case of failed delivery due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the parcel, the order will be returned to us.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated only after the package is received back by us.

• Original shipping charges and RTO charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Address Accuracy

• Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including a reachable phone number.

• We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Tracking Information

• Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.

• Please monitor the tracking link and stay available during the delivery window.
